I must start by apologizing for the tardiness of this letter. As you know, my brother died suddenly in May of this year and we have been working to finalize his estate and to cope with his death.
The purpose of this letter is to thank you for all you and your team did to help me work through a difficult situation. Living in a different state without any family in the area, I was truly at a loss of how to manage this process. The moment I contacted you, my burden lightened. Your team came in and quickly removed his belongings, which was critical as he was renting an apartment and we needed to vacate the premises. You provided guidance and recommendations on the most expeditious manner in which to liquidate items while helping me distribute personal memorabilia to family members. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I had a friend looking out for us.
The auction was well organized and obviously, very well attended. The revenue generated was greater than anticipated and will assist with other expenses.
Thank you and please feel free to use my name as a reference to anyone who is considering your services. I wish you the very best of luck.
