Black and Gold Auctions is happy to ship your winning bids! Please ensure the items you are bidding on, are available for shipping. Each lot is marked accordingly. Black and Gold Auctions reserves the right to refuse shipping on any item or lot for any reason.
Black and Gold Auctions currently only offers shipping through the United States Postal Service and FedEx.
There is a $10.00 handling fee that is added to every invoice that requires shipping. The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of your parcel, the size of the parcel and the distance it is traveling. This cost is determined by the carrier and Black and Gold Auctions has no control over the cost of shipping. We will reach out to you by phone or email to get approval if the cost to ship exceeds $50.
The shipping department starts shipping orders the Monday after the auction ends, specialty auctions may have a longer shipping time frame or may start later than the following Monday.
Once the shipping department has your package ready to ship, we add the cost of shipping & handling to your invoice total and then charge the card on file with HiBid.

Pick Up:
Our pick up hours for our WEEKLY Consignment Auction are Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-12:00PM
Specialty auctions may have different pick up locations and pick up times. Please make sure you are checking each auction for the correct information.
Any invoice not picked up or paid for by the end of the pick up time frame will be charged to the card on file, and a late pick up fee of $25 will be added to the invoice.
Any item not picked up within TEN (10) days after the auction closes will be disposed of and no refund will be given.
